How Aivium turns AI into a working growth system.
From discovery
to orbit.
The same seven phases run every engagement, whether the mission is AI visibility,AI systems, or both. What changes is what we find in your audit.
The seven phases
Discovery through iteration, with a baseline recorded before anything changes.
01
Discovery
A free 30-minute call about your business, not our deck: what you sell, how buyers find you today, and where the hours leak. If we're not the right fit, we say so on this call.
02
Baseline & audit
We record where the six answer engines and Google mention you before we touch anything: the questions your buyers ask, who gets named, which sources the engines cited, and the state of your technical and entity foundations. No baseline, no honest measurement.
03
Roadmap & prioritization
Findings ranked by impact and payback, scoped into a fixed plan. You know what gets built, in what order, and why, before anything starts. We don't promise a fixed ranking timeline; we promise you'll always know what's next and what it's for.
04
Engineering & build
The unglamorous work that moves engines: technical SEO and structured data, entity consistency across the sources engines trust, citable content, and on the solutions side, agents and automations built on your own data inside your own tools.
05
Publish & deploy
Content ships on a steady cadence; systems deploy into your stack with plain-language training for the people who run them. Adoption is the deliverable, not the software.
06
Measure
Share of answer across the engines, organic performance, and lead flow on the visibility side; hours saved, response times, and throughput on the systems side. Reported monthly against the phase-two baseline.
07
Iterate
What moved feeds the next cycle: engines re-read their sources on different schedules, so the work compounds in loops, not lines. Each iteration starts from evidence, not enthusiasm.
The rules the process runs on
Three operating pillars sit under every phase: safety, education and enablement, and human-first quality control.
Safety means guardrails before capability: we don't automate decisions that need judgment, and human review stays in the loop wherever a mistake would touch a customer.Education and enablement means your team learns to run what we build, in their own vocabulary, with documentation that outlives the engagement.Human-first quality control means a person (usually Steven) reviews everything that ships under your name, from a page of content to an automation's edge cases.
What working together looks like
The practical mechanics, stated up front.
What you provide
Access (site, analytics, profiles, and the tools we're automating), a subject-matter voice for content review, and decisions when the roadmap needs them. Typically a few hours a month, front-loaded at kickoff.
What you own
Everything. Content, entity data, dashboards, agents, and automations live in your accounts or transfer with documentation at handoff. Nothing is held hostage to a retainer.
How we communicate
A monthly report against the baseline, working check-ins as phases need them, and direct access in between. No account managers between you and the person doing the work.
What we won't promise
Fixed ranking timelines, guaranteed placements, or results we can't measure. Engines move on their own schedules; the process controls the inputs and proves the movement.
