What we collect, and why
We collect information you give us on purpose, plus standard anonymous usage measurement. No advertising trackers.
The discovery questionnaire (at /discovery/) asks about your growth goals, operations, and company, plus your name, business email, company name, website, and optionally a phone number and notes. We use it to prepare for your call and to decide how we can help. Your answers are stored in our customer relationship system (Attio) and are read only by the Aivium Digital team.
Scheduling happens through Calendly, which loads on the final questionnaire step and processes the booking underits own privacy policy. We receive the booking details you enter there.
Ordinary server logs (IP address, requested page, browser signature, timestamp) exist for security and uptime monitoring, as on virtually every website, and rotate out automatically.
Usage measurement runs through Google Analytics 4: which pages are visited and which buttons and links are clicked (calls, emails, bookings). We never send names, email addresses, or anything you type into a form to analytics. Google sets its measurement cookies for this underits own privacy policy.
In your browser, the questionnaire keeps your in-progress answers in session storage on your device so a page refresh doesn't erase them; it clears when the questionnaire is submitted or the browser tab closes.
What we never do
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
Your questionnaire answers are used to run your engagement and nothing else. We share information only with the service providers named above (our CRM and scheduling tools), or if the law requires it. If we ever want to use your information for anything beyond this policy, we ask first.
Your choices and contact
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email does it.
