The Aivium Digital Impact Partner program for Mid-Atlantic nonprofits.

Six months. One organization. Real measurable impact.

We are choosing one nonprofit and giving it six months of the work our clients pay for: AI visibility, working systems, and a team with real leverage. Pro bono, scoped honestly, documented in public.

Duration 180 days Professional fees $0 Partners 1 Region Mid-Atlantic

Technology should amplify more than profits.

The organizations doing the most important work often run on the fewest resources.

Small teams carry fundraising, operations, and outreach at the same time, while AI quietly changes how people find and choose who to support. We think nonprofits deserve access to that shift too.

Impact Partner is our answer: choose one organization, find where technology creates the most leverage for its people, and do the work alongside them for six months.

The goal isn't giving a nonprofit more technology. It's giving its people more leverage to accomplish the mission.

We won't force your mission into a package.

The engagement starts from your goals and constraints, then draws from four channels of work. The mix is decided together, not sold.

  • Be found

Show up where people look now: traditional search, local search, and the answers AI engines give.

Search visibility · AI visibility · Local presence · Site structure · Content strategy

  • Reach more people

Turn attention into action so more visitors become donors, volunteers, and program participants.

Conversion paths · Donation journeys · Volunteer journeys · Forms · Email capture

  • Work smarter

Let systems and AI absorb the repetitive work while people keep the judgment calls.

    Internal workflows · Intake · Follow-up · CRM improvements · Knowledge access

  • Build for what's next

Document everything, train the team, and leave the organization more capable than we found it.

    Training · Documentation · Measurement · Roadmap · Enablement

Six months, built so change can be measured.

  1. Discover

    01 · Weeks 1–2

Baseline everything: visibility, systems, audiences, and the highest-leverage opportunities.

  2. Build

    02 · Months 1–3

Implement the few initiatives that matter most instead of spreading effort thin.

  3. Optimize

    03 · Months 4–6

Refine what shipped and give real signals enough runway to emerge.

  4. Enable

    04 · Throughout

Train the team and hand off the Impact Playbook: what we found, what changed, what comes next.

A mission we believe in, and a team ready to build.

Need matters, and readiness matters. The strongest partner is one where six focused months can create change we can honestly measure.

  • A legitimate nonprofit or charitable organization
  • Primarily serving Mid-Atlantic communities
  • Active operations and an established mission
  • Leadership willing to participate
  • One primary project contact
  • Timely access to relevant systems and analytics
  • A clear visibility, technology, or operational challenge
  • Willingness to set measurable goals
  • Comfort with the engagement being documented
  • Time for periodic meetings and interviews

You don't need to know what technology you need. Finding the right opportunities is part of the engagement.

Not a popularity contest.

Aivium Digital selects the partner where we believe our team can create the greatest responsible, measurable impact. No public voting, no follower counts.

Community impact
How meaningful and clearly defined is the mission?
Opportunity
Can our capabilities materially improve outcomes here?
Readiness
Can the organization give the collaboration and access the work needs?
Measurability
Can we baseline today and honestly evaluate what changed in six months?

We'll tell the story honestly.

Part of the program's purpose is showing what thoughtful technology work actually does for a mission-driven organization. So we document the engagement: where we started, what we changed, what worked, and what didn't.

Commitment

The selected organization will never be required to provide a positive testimonial. We want to document the work authentically.

Commitment

Any public case study will clearly disclose that Aivium Digital provided the defined professional services pro bono through the Impact Partner program.

What may be documented: baseline performance · before and after metrics · strategy · implementation · interviews · lessons learned · final outcomes

A partnership, not unlimited agency services.

The engagement has a clearly defined scope built around where we can create the greatest impact in six months. If a recommended initiative carries a third-party cost, we discuss it before any commitment. The organization is never required to purchase anything from Aivium Digital.

A note from Steven.

Steven Mills, founder of Aivium Digital

I started Aivium around a simple belief: AI and technology should expand what people are capable of, not remove people from the equation.

Plenty of incredible organizations do meaningful work with limited resources. They shouldn't have to become technology companies to benefit from where technology is going.

So instead of only talking about human-first technology, we want to practice it. Find an organization already doing work that matters. Give its people better tools and systems. See how much further the mission can reach.

Questions, answered honestly.

Is the program really free?

Yes. Aivium Digital's professional services within the agreed six-month scope are provided pro bono.

Are there any costs at all?

Potential third-party software, hosting, advertising, printing, or other outside expenses are not automatically included. If we recommend something that carries an external cost, we discuss it with the organization before any commitment is made.

Do we need to know what AI or technology we need?

No. We would rather start with your goals and constraints than a predetermined technology request. Identifying the right opportunities is part of the engagement.

What kinds of nonprofits should apply?

Established charitable or nonprofit organizations serving Mid-Atlantic communities, with a meaningful mission, active operations, and leadership willing to participate in the project.

Do we have to be a large organization?

No. Selection is not based on size. We care about mission, readiness, fit, and whether we can create measurable impact during the engagement.

How is the Impact Partner selected?

Aivium Digital evaluates applicants on community impact, organizational readiness, fit with our capabilities, and the opportunity for measurable improvement. It is not a public vote or a popularity contest.

Why do you document the project?

So the work creates value beyond one organization. By documenting the process and results honestly, other nonprofits can learn what worked, what didn't, and where modern technology makes a real difference.

Are we required to give a testimonial?

No. The selected organization participates reasonably in documenting the engagement, but it will never be required to provide a positive testimonial.

What happens after six months?

The engagement concludes with documentation, training, and a recommended roadmap. There is no obligation to become a paying Aivium Digital client.

Can someone nominate us?

Yes. Volunteers, donors, board members, employees, and community members can nominate an organization. If a nominated organization looks like a fit, we invite its team to complete the formal application.

Can I nominate more than one organization?

Yes, as long as each nomination is submitted separately and in good faith.

Your organization already has a mission. Let's help more people experience it.

Tell us about the work you do, where you are trying to go, and what's in the way.
