A stronger pipeline for the next stage of growth.
In its first 11 weeks, the prospecting operation gave Del Print's sales team a steady weekly supply of researched commercial accounts, scaling to three times the original target. The new website, live since October 1, 2026, received its first commercial quote requests in launch week.
These figures measure what reached the sales team. How many accounts have become meetings, quotes or customers is not yet recorded.

The challenge: A strong business ready for a better way to grow.
Del Print has decorated apparel in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, since 1979. Known for decades as Del Martin Inc., the family-owned shop had the equipment, the production expertise and the regional reputation to serve many more recurring commercial accounts.
It needed a more intentional way to win them. Its website presented a retail print shop rather than a production partner for businesses, and prospecting depended on a steady supply of qualified companies to approach. The move to a new name was the moment to align the buyer's experience with the sales strategy.
The strategy: Build demand from both directions.
We connected three workstreams that usually run on their own: outbound research that brings qualified businesses to the sales team, a brand and website that give commercial buyers a reason to choose Del Print, and the search, reputation and marketing foundations that help buyers find and trust the company on their own.
The objective: more conversations with the right commercial customers, from both directions.
Outbound prospecting
Put qualified business prospects in front of sales
A consistent supply of researched businesses the sales team can approach with context.
Each week we find businesses across Del Print's territory that match its ideal commercial customer: companies that buy uniforms, safety wear, branded apparel and promotional merchandise. Each one is screened for fit and distance, checked against Del Print's existing accounts, and enriched with buyer roles, contact details and a suggested way to open the conversation.
A person reviews every account before it is delivered. Batches arrive weekly by email and as files ready to import into Del Print's order system. The engagement began at 10 to 20 accounts a week; at Del Print's request it scaled to 60 without lowering the standard.
- Commercial-fit and geographic screening
- Named buyer roles and contact enrichment
- An outreach angle and opening line for every account
- Deduplicated against existing accounts and earlier batches

Brand and website
Give commercial buyers a better reason to choose Del Print
The move from Del Martin Inc. to Del Print presents a 47-year-old shop as what it is: a production partner for businesses.
delprint.com launched on October 1, 2026, under the new “We Brand Business” positioning. Buyers see Del Print's own shop and crew, find products and industries described in their terms, and reach a quote request that asks for the product, quantity and deadline the sales team needs to give a real answer.
- Commercial product and industry pages
- Real production photography from Greencastle
- A structured quote request, routed to the right sales representative
- One identity across the site, Google, Facebook and the promotional storefront

Search, reputation and marketing
Strengthen how buyers discover and trust the company
Search, local listings, reviews and ongoing content now describe one consistent Del Print, so buyers who look for a decorator find a credible business.
We carried the new brand into every place buyers meet Del Print online, from search results and Google Maps to AI assistants, so the Del Print and Del Martin names point to one credible business. In the weeks after launch, industry and product pages began appearing for non-branded commercial searches such as industrial uniforms and safety apparel: early visibility, not yet measurable demand.
- More than 70 redirects that kept branded search through the migration
- Google Business Profile categories, weekly posts and review requests
- Structured data and AI-search foundations
- Analytics for quote requests, calls and representative lookups
-

Google reviews since launch, all five stars
Google Business Profile, Oct 14, 2026
Two routes to new business, one strategy
Outbound research brings qualified accounts to the sales team; search and the website bring buyers who find Del Print on their own. Neither replaces the other, and a delivered prospect is never counted as an inbound inquiry.

Still being measured
- How many delivered accounts the sales team has contacted, and how many became meetings, quotes, orders and new customers.
- Website quote requests per month, and how many become orders.
- Non-branded rankings for the industry and product pages, live only since October 1, 2026.
- Review growth toward the agreed goal of 50 Google reviews.
What the figures do and don't show
- Delivered accounts are not customers. The 543 are researched prospects handed to the sales team, not inbound leads, meetings, quotes, orders or revenue. Del Print works them from the weekly email and files, so how many became conversations, quotes or customers is not yet recorded.
- The 3× compares weekly delivery with the original upper target of 20 accounts. It measures delivery capacity, not sales growth.
- Phone coverage means a current number on a live business listing. The numbers were not each confirmed by calling.
- The research stages are separate counts, and some overlap. They show scale and selectivity, not a step-by-step conversion rate.
- Website quote requests are inquiries, not sales. Their number and outcomes are not reported here.
- The new site has been live since October 1, 2026. Its first three weeks of search data include branded searches and redirected old addresses, so they set a baseline rather than show new demand, and no revenue is attributed to search.
- Reviews rose from 26 to 28, but no new review is attributed to the review-request page. The marketing infrastructure is in place; its longer-term performance is still being measured.
- No ROI, revenue, new-customer count or lead-to-sale rate is claimed.
