The story

I started Aivium because the data was already there.

Right here in Hagerstown, I watched good contractors — friends, neighbors, people running real businesses — pay $300 a pop for shared leads that had been sold to three or four of their competitors at the same time. Meanwhile, the permits were public record. The property data was public record. The ownership changes, the storm damage, the aging roofs — all of it was sitting out in the open, and nobody was connecting the dots.

So I built Primus to do exactly that. A proprietary intelligence engine that watches the market continuously, scores every property for every trade, and tells you who needs you before they start searching. No shared leads. No bidding wars. One client per trade per market.

Aivium Digital isn't a Silicon Valley SaaS. It's a local company, building for local contractors, in a town where we actually know the streets on the map.
